The Nike+ sportband communicates with the Nike+ sensor in your shoes allowing you to record time, pace, distance and calories burned when out on your run.

After your run you can connect the sportband to your computers USB port and save your run using the downloadable Nike+ utility software. From the Nike+ Utility software you can upload your runs to nikeplus.com and share on Facebook and Twitter.

The sportband is lightweight and water resistant.
